Voluntarily Disclosed Information

Account Creation. In order to create your account on the Platform or Websites, you will need to provide information such as your name, email address, and, optionally, a photo. We use this information to provide you with access to the Platform or Websites, to communicate with you about your account, and to send you promotional emails about our services. You may choose to unsubscribe from these promotional emails.

Uploaded and Processed Data

Call Recordings. Onward's business involves the uploading, processing, and hosting of call recording data. Users may upload and store call recordings on the Platform. By doing so, users must ensure that they have obtained the necessary permissions from all participants of the recorded calls. Please be aware that this data will be processed and may be distributed to other tools or services that you connect to Onward and use.

Automatically Collected Information

Browser & Device Information. Whenever you interact with the Platform or Websites, certain information is automatically collected, including your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, cookie information, the type of device you're using, the time spent on the Platform or Websites, and the page or feature you requested. We use this data to customize content, improve the Platform or Websites, and analyze user behavior.

Emails. We may receive confirmation when you open an email from us.

User-Generated Information

We collect and retain personal information and other data that you upload, provide, or create while using our Service ("User-Generated Information"). This includes the following information related to your interactions within the Service:

  • Meeting Details: We collect information such as meeting titles, invitation content, participants, meeting links, date, time, and duration. Additionally, we collect activity data recorded during the meeting, including joining and leaving events, as well as activity related to third-party integrations. This includes the date, time, individuals involved, and other participants in the meeting, along with details like duration and quality ratings provided by you.

  • Message Data: We collect message content, sender and recipient information, date, and time associated with your communications within the Service.

  • Recordings: If you utilize a feature that allows for meeting recordings, we collect and store the information you provide in connection with such use and through the recorded content. Please note that if you include personal information in the recordings, it may be considered as part of the recorded data.

Do Not Track Signals

We do not track or collect personal information across third-party websites or online services, and we do not comply with Do Not Track signals.

Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, and the date of the last modification will be posted at the beginning of the Policy. By continuing to use the Platform or Websites, you agree to be bound by the modified Policy.
